Pasta Jay's

My girlfriend and I recently visited Boulder, and a family member suggested we try Pasta Jay’s on Pearl Street. The food was outstanding, and I especially recommend the mussels appetizer. The atmosphere was lively, and the ambiance was terrific. We went over Labor Day weekend, so it was busy, but the staff remained attentive, friendly, and efficient. The prices were also very reasonable. Honestly, it was some of the best Italian food I have ever had outside of Italy. Highly recommended!

Super cute restaurant! Was really busy but staff brought everything in time. Super delicious pastas and pizza but the garlic bread was the best for sure!

Must-go restaurant in Boulder. Food is always a 10/10 (I’ve gone at least 10 times) highly recommend absolutely everything in the menu, and the service is always amazing. Sorry I don’t have better pictures, it looks way better than this I just usually am too hungry to wait apparently Pasta Jay’s you have my heart!

Pasta Jay’s is a true Boulder staple and a place you absolutely HAVE to try if you’re in town. The atmosphere is warm and lively, the staff is fantastic, and the food is consistently incredible. You cannot leave without trying the famous Pasta Jay’s sauce! It’s the kind of thing you start craving the minute you finish and always need more! Authentic Italian comfort food done to perfection! This incredible place has been a local favorite for years for a reaosn! Do yourself a favor and go!

Ethan and Jay jr. are the best!! They’re so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is so fun and the food is incredible! You can’t go wrong on a night here with your friends and family, where the wine keeps flowing and the food always impresses the palate. My favorite restaurant by far in Boulder and all of Colorado.

Second trip to Moab! second trip to PJs! Love this place. We came after a big rain and sat in the heated patio. It was lovely. I ordered the linguine with marinara and a side of alfredo sauce. My daughters got fettuccine alfredo and Neapolitan pasta. Both were delicious. We also ordered the Brussels to go with our meal. So so good. Bread rounded out the fabulous meal. We of course had to have dessert. Tiramisu was phenomenal.

It was a beautiful sunny day up in the mountains in Boulder and the outdoor deck was a perfect place for me to have a drink and a nice salad with a piece of broiled salmon. The wait staff are superb. They’re very kind. Most people in Boulder are just super cool. I highly recommend this place.
